Warranty Claim Process

  1. A Customer is entitled makes a claim for an item that is defective and is under warranty by following this Warranty Claim Process, subject to provisions of the Terms and Conditions and the Limited Warranty Policy.
  2. The Customer is required to fill out a Warranty Claim Form on the website and send the email to enquiries@tiredynamics.ae.
  3. All the information required on the Warranty Claim Form must be filled out and completed.
  4. Pictures of the defective items must be attached to the Warranty Claim Form showing the fault or damaged part and Tire Dynamics will conduct an assessment process on the Warranty Claim Form.
  5. Only upon written confirmation by Tire Dynamics to accept the claim, must the claim items be returned within 3 days after Tire Dynamics’s email confirmation to accept the claim.
  6. Once Tire Dynamics confirms that the items are eligible for a claim, Tire Dynamics will arrange a pick-up from the Customer’s location.
  7. Upon receipt of the claim items by Tire Dynamics, it will be submitted for evaluation and testing.
  8. If the items are evaluated to have a manufacturing defect by our product experts and technical team, a credit note will be issued, subject to Tire Dynamics’s satisfaction of the claim.
  9. If the items do not qualify as a manufacturing defect or proven not to be a valid claim, the items will be returned back to the Customer, delivery costs of which will be for the Customer’s account.
  10. Returns in respect of claim items will be rejected if;
    • Items are not originally purchased from Tire Dynamics.
    • Items are defective due to misuse or the item is beyond the validity of warranty based on wear and tear, even if they are still under warranty period.
    • Items that have been abused, altered or mechanically damaged.
    • Tire Dynamics establishes upon receipt of the items that the items are actually not defective or valid as a claim,
    • Tire Dynamics reserves the right to reject the claim and send the items back to the Customer without any obligation to process a claim.
